Metal powders for additive manufacturing

Additive manufacturing, or 3D Printing, includes different techniques, (for example: SLS – Selective Laser Sintering, DMLS – Direct Metal Laser Sintering, FDM – Fused Deposition Modeling, LS – Laser Cladding and others). In some of them metal powders or metal powder alloys are used. These powders must have strict parameters regarding their size, purity, shape, etc.

KAMB Import-Export supplies:

  • Most of pure metal powders used for 3D printing, like: Al, Mg, Ti, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Zr, Nb, Mo, W, Si, Te, etc. and
  • Alloy powders, like Titanium Alloys (Ti-6Al-4V grade 5 and grade 23), 13Nb13Zr, Ti-5Al-5Mo-5V-1Cr-1Fe, Inconel 625, Inconel 718, Stainless Steel Alloys (AISI 316, 316L, 304, 17-4PH), Nickel Alloys (NiTi, NiCr, NiCrMo), Aluminium Alloys (Al 7075, Al 5052, Al 2024, AL 5083, Al 6061, Al 2195), Cobalt Chrome Alloys (CoCrMo, CoCrW), Bronze Alloys (CuSn), CuCrZr, AlSiMg, Tool Steel (MS1) and many others.

Powders, we supply for 3d printing, are spherical and have (depending on the application) 15-45μm, or 15-53 μm grain size as usual; we can also offer other sizes (< 32 µm, < 25 µm, 20-63 µm, 45-106 µm and 100-180 µm).

To some extent and depending on required quantity KAMB Import-Export can even deliver any powder according to customer’s requirements.
